Diecast Model Centre review for Joy Loyalty Program & Rewards

Having previously used another loyalty program a year or so ago - until it priced itself out of our reach - I knew exactly what we wanted, and when it came down to features for the cost, 'Joy' was a clear winner for us. There are plenty of options to tailor a rewards program to your liking and to get the design just right for your site. There's an easy-to-follow step-by-step process and plenty of documentation to help you set it up. But, if you prefer to have it done for you, support will happily do that. I preferred to try to do it alone, but there was just one element I couldn't get to work on, and finally I had to contact support. Kevin was brilliant, he completely understood what I was trying to do and came up with a fix in next to no time. In conclusion, I couldn't be happier with this app and the support I received.
