Hana was incredibly helpful. She quickly understood the issue we were facing with a customer’s phone number verification and provided clear, easy-to-follow steps to resolve it. She guided us through both possible solutions which made the whole process stress-free and simple. Really appreciate how responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable she was throughout the conversation. I have had so much frustration with this app, things are constantly broken everywhere, support not fixing the right things, they would randomly change how my discounts works, resulting in high amount of unexpected orders with redicious discounts, and the amount of blame-shifting is unbearable, instead of fixing the issue, they blame you for the mistake. On the bright side this app does have the most comprehensive features based on what I researched compared to other loyalty apps.

They provide a great service and are very prompt on their responses. Sonny and Cody were very proactive in helping me resolve some technical issues, we recently switched over from Smile and we have ZERO regrets
