This is an excellent app to use. It is very easy to set up and customise to suit your store. The customer support staff are excellent to deal with and are very quick to respond to any enquiry you have.

The app has a lot of functionality and is a little intimidating but it is also very robust and their support via chat right in the app is probably the best feature. They always answer quickly and helped us get the whole program up and running. Hana provided excellent help at every turn. Highly recommend!

Really solid and good support, had an issue and within 3 minutes Sonny not only solved it but also applied the solution to all present customer accounts. Really impressed about this level of service, recommended. Apart from support the App is also really good value for money and offers everything what you need, also in a "lower cost plan" so you dont have to spend tons of money right from the start. If you are looking for a serious and solid loyalty program: this is it

I am a new user. Easy to set up loyalty programme. Big help from Ms Jade on the easy set up on points and rewards to start my website. She is well equipped and realise issue beforehand, so the set up is quicker.
