Joy Loyalty Program & Rewards

We were brand new to setting up a loyalty app, Hana walked us through exactly how to set up and configure for our pet business. We're going to be using this to take our business from mostly one-off transactions at live events to our goal of building long-term customers!

Joy Loyalty integrates with our customer's accounts seamlessly and really helps us connect with our customers :) Hana has been a great help in setting this up for us.

I really love this app. First of all the customer support is stellar. They respond immediately and help through every step so you can get any issues fixed right away. Rosie and Ryan were extremely helpful and very patient with me. I could not have fixed these issues without them. I am already using another Joy app and would highly recommend to anyone wanting to grow their business online. It is totally worth it! You will not be sorry. This is extremely important to us as we are a small business and every app we choose, we are choosing because of its success in the online retail world and most importantly their customer support. L'application couvre les cas d'usage d'un programme de fidélité classique, dès le plan basique.
