I had to be transferred to a second agent as the first person wasn't as helpful, but Hana took over and helped me with my issue I was having.

So far I am really loving this app. I just downloaded it so I can't leave a complete review yet, but wanted to mention the great customer service I received from Hana. I couldn't figure out why I did not see the widget on my website & she was nice & informative on helping me get it straightened out.

Hana was very helpful with the support for the implementation. We will activate it for our customers this Friday, so we can't yet say how the app works, but we are very exited and looking forward for the results.

Certain important functions seem to be harder to locate than they should be, The Condition portion should be labeled Program Settings and should have its own header, not buried in the dot dot portion of the reward type. As a business if I offer something one place, I'm going to offer it in the other so this setting should be global and only allow for individual shutdown in the specific reward if needed. Appreciated the help received from Audrey.

It's an excellent rewards application. It would be ideal to have the option to exclude customers from the program based on their tags, instead of doing it individually.

The customer support is really fast and have helped me sort out issues almost immediately. Hana and her colleagues have been really helpful. I have only dropped one-star because on the admin side of things the app is quite slow to load or save settings. Otherwise this would be a 5-star app.

I ran into an issue while setting up and Tiana took over at the end of anothers shift and was quick to respond and help. Still waiting on a respond from tech support on my original issue.
