Good functionality even on the free version. The customer service and tech support is very good. Abby was really helpful and managed to sort out the issue in a timely manner.

I had a couple questions for the Joy team about the app. I was chatting with Audrey and she answered all of my questions, fast. Audrey even helped me with customized and setup all the features I asked for to get my rewards program started for my company. I do not do reviews very often when I do, its for good reason. I highly recommend this app because of the ease of use and the staff. Thank you Audrey!!! A+ service.

Hallo Mamma Latte Store-eigenaar, Bedankt voor het delen van je feedback. Het spijt me te horen dat je problemen ondervindt met de Joy Loyalty-app-extensie op je POS-apparaat. We hebben dit onderzocht en het lijkt erop dat het probleem mogelijk wordt veroorzaakt door een verouderde versie van de extensie. Om dit op te lossen, probeer de huidige versie te verwijderen en de nieuwste opnieuw te installeren via de videogids die ik in de follow-up e-mail heb gedeeld. Hana helped me with all my questions in terms of which plan provides the features I were looking for such as tier memberships with different multiplier earn and redemption rates. Definitely a good app and great customer service.
