We are very happy with the Joy app. Everything works exactly as we needed and the setup was smooth and intuitive. The features are well thought out and fit perfectly with our Shopify store. What really stands out is the customer support. Hana was absolutely amazing, very responsive, patient, and genuinely helpful. She guided us through everything step by step and made the whole experience stress-free. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable app with excellent support behind it.

So far, this app is good. I am still learning but it seems to have a lot of capabilities just on the free plan. I am looking forward to fully using this in my website. Audrey has been very helpful answering questions.

Je suis très satisfaite de Joy. C’est de loin la meilleure application de fidélité que j’ai testée — et j’en ai essayé beaucoup. Les fonctionnalités sont complètes, le tarif est adapté, même pour les petites structures, et l’expérience globale est fluide et efficace. Petit bémol toutefois : les traductions ne sont disponibles que sur le plan supérieur, ce qui est un peu dommage. Mais honnêtement, cela reste un détail face à la qualité du service. Le support est ultra réactif, 24/7, ce qui est franchement impressionnant. Merci à toute l’équipe pour ce travail remarquable, merci à alyssa.

Great loyalty and rewards app. Hana was amazing in helping create a page and a widget for our store for our customers to easily access their loyalty rewards. overall a lovely and easy experience.

The Joy Rewards Avada team has been incredibly friendly and approachable since the start of our journey with them. They’re available around the clock, so you can always reach someone on live chat whenever you need assistance. While there are a few setups not yet available in the app, I’m confident they’ll consider these improvements moving forward. Seamless integration with the help of Abby and Andrew, they migrated all my data from YOTPO easily. Highly recommend this app.

On a difficulty to set up scale it was maybe a 3 of 10, but the customer service was amazing. I did not have to battle a bot to get answers that did not help, and she helped make changes that were useful to what I am trying to institute. I definitely recommend this app.
