L'application couvre les cas d'usage d'un programme de fidélité classique, dès le plan basique. Le support est très réactif, disponible, et a été capable d'adapter certains éléments UX aux spécificités de notre boutique. J'ai hâte de voir l'impact du programme sur nos ventes. Je recommande.

It's an easy to use app. On the starter plan, it already offers what I need: Referrals + Earning and Rewards program. I had an issue with the widget disappearing and support was available via chat within the app itself. Sonny, Alyssa and the technical team were very helpful and quick to fix it. Highly recommend!
