Support has been good so far. My latest support rep, Audrey, was very helpful, knowledgeable, polite and quickly available. I have found this to be true for each of my inquiries.

App molto carina e di facile utilizzo. Creare una raccolta punti aiuta a fidelizzare il cliente ed a stimolare a tornare ad acquistare. Il servizio clienti è molto gentile e risponde in tempi velocissimi, inoltre da ottimi consigli per migliorare l'interfaccia e rendere il tutto più piacevole.

En general funciona bastante bien, me gustaria que existiesen ofertas de planes de pago anuales. Pero por el resto todo bien, ademas de que Hana me atendio super bien.

Le paramétrage de l'application en version gratuite est très laborieuse, j'avoue que je ne suis même pas sure de la garder. Mais heureusement les agents comme Hana m'aide sinon j'aurais déjà abandonner. La traduction est mauvaise donc difficile quand on est pas bilingue.
Update 2/11: Suite à vos retours, nous avons revu et mis à jour les traductions françaises dans l’application afin que le widget affiche désormais un français cohérent sur l’ensemble des textes visibles par vos clients. I was having issues getting the look and feel of the app to match my store. I contacted support via chat and was assisted by Hana. I explained what I wanted it to look like. I stepped away for a meeting and when I returned Hana had the app streamlined and matched exactly what I was looking for
