Installed the app and had some quick quistions about it. Alyssa had all the answers and even helped with a little coding while the technical team wasn't available at that time. The app is easy to use en flexibel enough to implement all idea's you have about Loyalty. Great app with very nice features to bad we are not big enough to upgrade to an higher subscription to use even more features.

I love an App that has chat support and they are not only 1) responsive and 2) actually help with your questions or needs. I just downloaded Joy and I had a couple setup questions/clarifications and Prakash was on in a couple minutes and walked me through all my needs. I went from a "maybe I'll keep looking at other solutions" to "I'm sticking with Joy" in one chat session. Very extensive setup guide and very helpful support make this a no-brainer!

I chose this app because of the service recommendations. But they will only give you a demo on the product if you are going to sign up for advanced. I don't know what I wanted until I saw a demo. Back and forth, they didn't want to help so I uninstalled. I just asked for a demo.

Whoever they got to help us get everything set up and working are just amazing people. They not only answered every question but literally kept asking me if they could set all of the different benefits of their App up in my store! I am now just so excited to start using it. This company will get you completely set up and quickly running!
