The customer support agent Audrey and the Product Specialist Nolan is extremely responsive and helpful, which makes the overall experience very smooth. The backend is also highly flexible, allowing us to customize various settings based on our needs. So far, the user experience has been great, and we’re quite satisfied with the performance. Would definitely recommend!

Hana was such a pleasure to work with. She helped us set up a really simple and seamless way for customers to redeem their points, and also took the time to troubleshoot a few specific settings on our site. Joy is a great app, really intuitive and flexible, and it has been a lovely addition to our store. Hana was super friendly, easy to chat to, and clearly knew all the technical details inside out. She explained everything in a way that made sense and got things sorted quickly. Really appreciate all her help, highly recommend!

I had to be transferred to a second agent as the first person wasn't as helpful, but Hana took over and helped me with my issue I was having.

I had an amazing experience with the Joy Loyalty app, but what really made the difference was the support especially Hana. From helping me understand the referral flow, to guiding me through testing in sandbox mode, fixing issues with discount codes, checking integrations with Mailchimp, and even assisting with custom CSS to clean up the widget she went way above and beyond. What I really appreciated is that she didn’t just give generic answers. She actually understood what I was trying to build (referral-only setup, French market, clean UX) and helped me execute it properly step by step. Fast responses, very patient, super clear explanations, and genuinely proactive support. Hana, you are amazing thank you again for all the help

I had a few inconveniences that I didn’t know how to solve and jade, Alicia and Cody where great helping me set up the app so I can have it running smoothly. Their response time is very fast and I would recommend everybody to use their programs. Plus Chatty is a good one too they have.

She was extremely polite, made every change only after confirming with me, and ensured everything worked perfectly. She also suggested a few helpful apps for my store, which I really appreciated.
