Having investigated all the leading options for reward programme apps, Joy came out on top for us in terms of features & integrations as well as price point. We found a couple of small bugs during set up and Alyssa & Sonny from support handled these perfectly, customer support is fantastic! I can definitely recommend the Joy app to anyone looking for a rewards programme on Shopify – it was the right decision for us going with these guys.
