I had a few issues setting up the Joy Rewards app and initially spoke to a couple of team members. However, it was Sonny who truly stood out. He was incredibly responsive, attentive, and took the time to thoroughly understand and resolve my issue. While others tried to help, only Sonny stayed on until everything was properly sorted. Really appreciate the dedication, thank you, Sonny!
