They claim you can migrate customers. However, per Mirra in customer service all my customers have to purchase - again, than they will be given the opportunity to sign up at that point. So There is no incentive for current customers to perform the tasks needed to gain points if they have to sign up & do not get credit for past purchases. Very different than having a migration option where the customer will have points assigned based off their past purchases and be alerted, that they have these "free" points and they can earn more to get to enjoy benefits.
