The Joy Rewards Avada team has been incredibly friendly and approachable since the start of our journey with them. They’re available around the clock, so you can always reach someone on live chat whenever you need assistance. While there are a few setups not yet available in the app, I’m confident they’ll consider these improvements moving forward. Special shoutout to the amazing team members I’ve interacted with on live chat, Audrey, Alyssa, Jade, Sonny, and Abby, who have all been super helpful with my inquiries.
