I had an amazing experience with the Joy Loyalty app, but what really made the difference was the support especially Hana. From helping me understand the referral flow, to guiding me through testing in sandbox mode, fixing issues with discount codes, checking integrations with Mailchimp, and even assisting with custom CSS to clean up the widget she went way above and beyond. What I really appreciated is that she didn’t just give generic answers. She actually understood what I was trying to build (referral-only setup, French market, clean UX) and helped me execute it properly step by step.
