I have had so much frustration with this app, things are constantly broken everywhere, support not fixing the right things, they would randomly change how my discounts works, resulting in high amount of unexpected orders with redicious discounts, and the amount of blame-shifting is unbearable, instead of fixing the issue, they blame you for the mistake. On the bright side this app does have the most comprehensive features based on what I researched compared to other loyalty apps.
