La aplicación está bien diseñada y es sencilla de configurar pero noto a faltar cosas. La primera es que no hay opción de cambiar las plantillas preconfiguradas a otro idioma que no sea el inglés. Esto hace que mis clientes que son hispanoparlantes reciban solicitudes por ejemplo de reseñas de productos con textos en Inglés. Actualización 16/07/2025 : Por fin han añadido plantillas en Español, 5 estrellas merecidas, ahora si.
Hi Oscar - thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. At the moment Junip is only available in English, so some portions of the app aren't able to be fully translated. However, we do hope to support this in the future. Regarding the integration you mentioned, Junip automatically adds structured data to your product pages that displays review rich snippets in Google search results, so no SEO integration is needed! I've also reached out via email to share some more details about how this works :)

Having worked in the Shopify ecosystem over the last decade as an e-com marketer, I find Junip to be the best reviews app on the market. It gets the job done, has lots of great and relevant features, and their onboarding team is second to none.

Super easy to set up and get going with Junip. The installation was quick, and getting the reviews to show up on my theme was a piece of cake. It was surprisingly easy to bring over my reviews from my old platform. I thought it was going to be a hassle, but nope – the whole import process was smooth, and all my reviews transferred without any issues. If you’re looking for a review app that’s straightforward and just works, Junip is where it’s at. Definitely recommend giving it a go!

Leah at Junip has been super helpful with all my queries about getting the best out of the app on our website. I highly recommend, super easy to integrate and use from a business, and client perspective and their customer service is great!

It's a more complicated set-up. Other than that, I haven't gotten any feedback from customers yet
Sorry to hear you found the set-up a bit complicated. Our team is always here to help answer any questions. Just reached out to you via email to follow up about your setup! With the delay period on review requests, sometimes it can take a week or two to start seeing the results. Took a peek and saw that the first few reviews have now come in, which is great to see.

We sell dietary supplements. Our rep at Junip has been awesome. They are working on a syndication option to show review we collect on our site, on larger retail sites that we work with. I'm convinced that that has been part of our increased sales on those sites. Thanks guys, keep up the innovations.

Can't fault this app. Reviews are really important for our brand, and Junip makes it very easy to gather them. It's a very mobile first format - which makes it super simple for our customers, and has definitely increased our review rate. Really happy with it, and most importantly it's a fantastic platform for our customers to showcase their thoughts and feelings. 5 stars all round!
