I'm just beginning with this app and so I can't speak to all of the features and functionality just yet but the immediate support by chat is amazing. Leah of customer support was incredibly responsive and detailed.

We've been looking for a free robust review integration that was simple to use. After trying many others, Junip is by far the best for small businesses with limited budgets. We've already started to see more customer engagement since setting up so we are very pleased and hope to be able to become big enough to require a paid account.

Amazing review app with amazing service! Junip provides better review software for a much better value than other shopify review apps. As I was getting set up I had a lot of detailed questions and Malvina from the Junip team was excellent. She guided me through all my concerns and ensured that the Junip app was optimized for my site. Highly recommend!!!

Such a positive experience. The chat customer service was beyond helpful. Leah was the person who responded to my request - I heard back within just a minute or two and I was able to have my problem fixed so fast!!
