We are still in the phase of collecting reviews so haven't published this on our site yet. But so far everything has been very straightforward and it's been powerful / flexible enough for our business needs. More importantly, the customer support team is SUPER responsive and helpful - especially as we're using Klaviyo to set up our product review flow.

I recently installed this app and its so great and easy to use! Reviews are displayed instantly after you approve and the integration is perfect! Support from the app is quick too Robin from Junip helped me integrate the app to show the review stars. below my product

Ankh Care Co. I Love this app! User friendly easy accessibility for consumers to leave reviews. I love the fact that the reviews have to be approved by the shop owner before posting to website. This allows NO TROLLING and weeds out false information being placed on the website. Knowledgeable friendly staff always available through chat to help! Thanks Junip

Junip has FANTASTIC customer service! They were so helpful and quick to respond, which made set up quick and easy. It's pretty user friendly to navigate too, we're excited to have made the switch to Junip from a different review collection site.

Amazing! Was thinking of ways to get reviews from past customers and offer an incentive to do it. Reviews are king these days for online shopping and its what we have always been lacking. This app does it so effortlessly! Sent out emails to all customers for the past year, gave them a 15% off discount code on their next order if they completed one, and just sat back and watched all these amazing reviews come in! Good info on the analytics page. You can accept or reject what you like or don't like. Can't find any fualts yet. The support team reached out right away and helped me get it on our product grid page, they looked at our site without asking them to do it and emailed me to let me know they can tweak it even better. Just get it, you won't be let down.

This app is top notch! Very easy to use and looks great on our site. What also sets it apart from the rest is their customer service / support. I had an issue with one review with some images not showing and they fixed it within 5 minutes of me contacting them. Great company!

I used this app to get reviews on my products listed on shopify. This app is the best thing since sliced bread i promise you. I had to delete an initial review app as it id did not live up to my expectation at all. This is so easy to use. No need to input any code anywhere, Junip takes away all that hassle. It even provides you with link that you can get to customers who already made sales before I installed Junip. In small words this App makes me very happy!!

We switched to this from another app - Junip is much more elegant in design and ease of use while being cheaper. Support really goes above and beyond. Stuart answers almost instantly and was able to help me and our developer with questions right away. Highly recommend!

Beautiful mobile user interfaces and all the features of the top review apps (like UGC/upload photos) are available here! The difference is Junip has these features at a fraction of the price of their competitors. Time to stop getting ripped off by the other apps and switch to Junip!
