I've never left a review for an app before but honestly, this one deserves it. We have used Junip for going on 4 years now and they have been nothing but great. It's easy to use, easy for our customers to use, and looks great on the website. Its 100% worth the money. It gets a little pricey when you start getting a lot of monthly orders but honestly, its worth it, our customers love it. If you are wondering if you should get this app to host your reviews, you should.

Genuinely one of the best review apps I've ever used and has everything I would need. Email flows, automated customer messages, displays on the site, and completely automated. Mix that with the incredible customer service from Leah and the team, an amazing app overall.

We've tried a few review apps and Junip blows them all away. Specifically we wanted a review app that worked with the look of our site and they deliver on this. Beyond that, their support is top tier, there is usually always a REAL HUMAN (like Stuart) to help you troubleshoot whatever is going on with any issues you may have. Additionaly they take your suggestions for improvement to heart. The back end is really easy to navigate and I love that there is a built in function to send customers a promo code post-review.

We selected Junip after considering many others (Yotpo, Okendo, Judge.me, and more) and are very happy with our decision. The platform is easy to use, easy to understand, and integrates well with all of the apps we need it to. On top of this, the level of support from the Junip team, even after launch, has exceeded our expectations and is so appreciated for a small team like ours.
