Good service, that provide great support. + Easy to set up + Great instruction - Not so many options to customize styles from admin panel like email templates and product reviews section

I just started using this app but I absolutely love the look of the app and how easy it is to use. The onboarding was efficient and thorough, I really couldn't have asked for anything better. It costs a little more than some other apps but this is a reminder of you get what you pay for. I absolutely love how easy this app is.

The team have been responsive, quick to deal with requests and have recently changed their pricing plans to be a lot more competitive than the big boys. Along side the modern UI, and wide range of features like media incentives, Junip is a solid option for any store wanting a Reviews app and so far have had a great experience with them. They even sorted out a bug for older Android versions which even a certain big player hasn't sorted yet.

Junip was so fast and easy to install -- didn't even need a developer to help us with implementation! Love how simple, straightforward, and easy to use the backend was. Even migration of past reviews was a breeze. Awesome review app!

I just downloaded Junip today and initially had trouble importing my reviews from Etsy to Junip. Malvina (if that is your real name), I appreciate you! The customer support has been amazing from the start. Sure, there are cheaper options, but you won't be treated like this—I guarantee it!

We really like using Junip. It integrates really well with Shopify and makes it really easy to manage our reviews. It also integrates with Gorgias quite well for CS. Malvina was super helpful, jumping on a call and going through our Junip app and integrations to make sure it was working perfectly!! Thanks again!!!
