Huge improvement over Yotpo (which we were using before and is just a total dinosaur; truly nothing but trouble). Junip has worked well and the customer service is excellent.

This is a great app. We have used other, more expensive products that don't compare. Junip has an easy, intuitive UI and a very helpful team.

We've just made the switch from Yotpo to Junip and are loving it so far. The platform is beautifully designed and easy to use. The features are useful and intuitive for our customers. And most importantly, the customer support is wonderful. Thank you to the Junip team!

the Junip support team is super helpful, and responds really promptly to customer requests with great guidance. and the Klaviyo integration works really well for post-purchase review collection!

Edit: still using Junip, it is hands down the best review app. We have been using Junip for more than 6 months and are delighted with how it has been working for our shop. We switched to Junip from another app we had used for years, and the difference is striking. First, Junip's admin dashboard is incredibly intuitive, uncluttered, and easy to navigate. Second, it's super easy for the customers to leave a review at any point after a purchase (not just after an email prompt). Third, the customer service is absolutely stellar. Most questions we had were easily answered with a search through the help docs. What wasn't found in the docs was resolved by chat. The Junip team is friendly, capable, and super quick to reply via chat. Lastly, the cost is very reasonable. We switched to Junip because we wanted an app that was more user-friendly both for us and our customers, and liked that Junip is a small business with a small team - just like us. We got everything we hoped for and so much more!

Junip has been really great for us so far. It is very easy to get setup and running and the interface is very intuitive for us and for our customers to leave reviews.

We're using this to boost our UGC collection, as well as improve our review-collection flows. Integrates fantastically with Klaviyo (some super helpful guides on their site) and looks great. Stuart has been super helpful with answering questions, and stoked to see how it boosts our business. Well designed UI and features (including having products share reviews, which is amazing for the kits we sell)

What an amazing team! Marcus helped install and set up the app on our custom site - an amazing personal experience! The app is seamless for both business owners and customers and such an upgrade from the standard shopify review plug ins. Absolutely would recommend!

Super easy to install and managed to get a few previous customers to give me a review which is nice! Still not entirely sure whether to keep it on my website due to the sort of thing I sell (www.emilyhare.co.uk) but hopefully it will inspire confidence in some!

Honestly - most review apps on Shopify all do the same thing with minor differences here or there. For the cost, it's really hard to beat Junip. They offer more than most at their price point and most importantly - their customer service is super responsive and willing to do what's needed to solve the problem at hand. I'd highly recommend them.
