We recently transitioned to Junip from Yotpo, and the entire onboarding process was an absolute breeze. The platform made it easy to migrate, and our team was up and running in no time. A huge shoutout to our Customer Success Manager, Malvina — she’s incredible! She proactively checks in, is quick to respond to questions, and brings a wealth of knowledge that has helped us get the most out of the platform. Thanks to Junip, collecting and showcasing reviews has never been simpler. The experience has been smooth, supportive, and genuinely enjoyable. Highly recommend!

I used the Junip review app and I really liked it. It’s easy to use, and customer reviews are showing up automatically on my store. Truly a time-saving and reliable tool.

Nou om te beginnen, wat een fijne bedrijf! Als ik meer sterren kon geven dan had ik dit zeker gedaan! Er ging even iets mis in onze communicatie, maar (M) heeft dit ontzettend netjes en geduldig opgepakt! Hij bleef vriendelijk, begripvol en dacht mee om het op een goede manier op te lossen. Dat waardeer ik echt enorm! Het is fijn om met iemand te werken die rustig blijft, professioneel reageert en de tijd neemt om dingen recht te zetten wanneer er iets fout loopt. Dankjewel voor de goede en respectvolle service!!!
