This app is truly amazing, offering support in various ways. One of its key benefits is helping clients make informed decisions, which boosts efficiency and instills confidence in their purchases. The feature I appreciate the most is the ability to track order numbers. This is particularly helpful when managing multiple orders, ensuring greater clarity in the ordering process, and giving clients an extra reason to return and shop again. Juphy AI has successfully addressed the challenge of providing 24/7 customer support. Thanks to its AI capabilities, I can rest easy knowing my customers receive assistance at any time, which also helps convert inquiries into sales—my favorite feature. With Juphy, I can deliver superior customer service by automatically responding to questions about all my products. This has saved me a significant amount of time. What I love most about Juphy is its ability to scan my entire website and provide precise information to customers. Additionally, the option to train it for a more human-like response enhances its functionality. I can confidently say that I am highly satisfied with both the product and its customer service. I absolutely love this app—it arrived at the perfect time! I needed a chat feature for my website to assist potential customers, and Juphy exceeded my expectations. uphy’s customer support team has been very helpful in developing a custom feature for us. We wanted to integrate sizing videos into the AI pop-ups, and their technical team quickly made it happen. This has made it easier for us to guide customers through custom sizing. It’s also been helpful that Juphy has access to our physical store inventory. Customers asking about product availability at our Rocklea store can now get quick answers through Juphy AI. Overall, it has improved the shopping experience by making sizing and product selection more convenient. Honestly, thank you for creating this much-needed app—definitely a 5-star experience!

Juphy is amazing! It basically handles my customer service directly on the site. It's nice that it allows you to see chat history and you can correct prior responses or type in your own responses. It handles most questions on the front end but sends me an email when it's my time to jump in. The customization options for this app are also nice, you can assign it to any page and choose how it is displayed. I would highly recommend!

Juphy AI helped solve the issue of providing customer support 24/7. With its AI features, I can be sleeping without worry that my customers could receive assistance and convert them to sales which is my favorite feature.

There were many detailed questions on our site, which provides services on premium furniture, and it was impossible for us to answer all of these questions, but juphy provides complete answers to most questions, especially about the products. It speaks fluently, as if there was a real representative in front of the customer, and provides excellent support. Some of the excellent features are that we can see which links customers click on while the conversation is open, product-specific conversation pop-ups appear, and the changes we specify can be displayed in a short time. We receive very fast feedback regarding support. Juphy has definitely put our site ahead. We cannot imagine a scenario without it.

With Juphy, I am able to provide better customer service to my clients by answering questions related to all my available products, and the good thing is that it does it automatically for me. This has saved me a lot of time. The feature that I like the most about Juphy is the ability to have it scan through all my products on my website and provide exact information to my customers. As well as the option to teach it and look more human. I can tell you that I am very satisfied with the product and customer service.

I really love this app it came at the perfect time. I was looking for a chat on my website where I would answer questions for potential customer and Juphy is even better than what I was looking for. It scanned my whole website and answers any question someone may have. My favorite feature is that you can train it to respond the way you want. If you want to more specific you. Implementing AI in our business is definitely a game changer. Honestly, thank you for creating this much needed app. 5 stars.

Juphy really solved our problem of not being able to explain more detailed information to our customers. With Juphy any information needed from the customer is there in the chat - no more looking for what you want by browsing the complete store, it's a game changer. We love the train your AI feature because it really allows us to customize certain answers that we would like the AI to give to our customers.

This app helps me to keep on top of my customer service at all hours and I love that you can retrain it! It uses information already on my website and it’s so great how little I had to work to get it responding with the right answers. You can test it as often as you like to be sure it’s answering a multitude of inquiries correctly. This takes so much pressure and work off my plate so I can focus on creating my products. What an innovation.

We have been using Juphy for some time, and I am thoroughly impressed with the support and educational resources provided by the team behind it. They are responsive and helpful. We provide training to the AI in the background to ensure it delivers accurate responses. As a result, the AI has started giving much more precise answers. One of the most beneficial aspects is that Juphy can respond to our customers almost as accurately as we would, even outside our working hours. This has been incredibly valuable for our team. We are pleased with the performance and the positive impact it has had on our customer service. We are satisfied with the improvements and the overall performance of the app. Kudos to the team for their dedication and hard work! :)

Seems a great product that I would love to integrate into my store. Easy to set up and worked well. I like to be able to step away from my shop to relax , and lovely to know that any questions are being answered! Customer support seems pretty good too. Unfortunately not enough demand in my shop in Norway for it yet, but something I will install again in future when traffic is higher!

Juphy is great. You can manage all social accounts under your workspace very easily. Also they'll give you access to Shop Assistant which saves you a ton of time and you use your support rep for anything else. it works pretty great with Shopify giving all details to customers. So happy...

The customer support team is very responsive. Cem and Irem were very helpful in implementing Juphy quickly. We really like the fact that we can test the chatbot multiple times and train the answers before publishing it on our website. Juphy’s dashboard is also very clean and easy to use. It’s amazing that we can also manage all social media conversations together with the chatbot in a single dashboard

We recently installed Juphy and the first impression is great! We tested the answers of the chatbot many times before publishing it on our website and it’s nothing like the chatbots we tried before! It quickly synced our entire product catalog in seconds and instantly learned all about our products! It can really respond like a human, and it’s great that Juphy can give personalized product recommendations. The team already loved Juphy and we’re sure that it’s truly going to decrease our customer support workload especially outside of office hours!
