An essential tool for our ecommerce Since we started using Juphy on our store, we've been able to handle customer inquiries much more efficiently, especially questions about order status and product details. These used to take up a lot of our time, but thanks to the AI-powered automation, customers now get fast and accurate answers without the need for human intervention in most cases. My favorite feature is the smart chat that integrates seamlessly with our site and constantly learns from user behavior and questions. Juphy AI has been very helpful in managing our customer inquiries, from ingredient details and usage instructions to product recommendations based on skin type. The team has also been very helpful in guiding us through the AI training process. We have trained the AI with more than 500 lines of product data, and now it guides our customers very accurately. We have also switched the default language to Dutch but it can still guide customers in all the languages required. Definitely recommend Juphy AI to other cosmetics brands!

Juphy is amazing! It basically handles my customer service directly on the site. It's nice that it allows you to see chat history and you can correct prior responses or type in your own responses. It handles most questions on the front end but sends me an email when it's my time to jump in. The customization options for this app are also nice, you can assign it to any page and choose how it is displayed. I would highly recommend!
