We’ve had a smooth experience using Juphy on our Shopify store. The chatbot is easy to integrate, user-friendly, and a great tool for automating customer support. The support team is responsive and helpful whenever needed. Occasionally, there are minor glitches when training the chatbot, but overall it’s a solid app that adds value to our store.

We tried tons of Chatbots and Juphy is definfelty the best. Its very simple to implement and customize. Also the support team is great as they are very responsive and supportive. They also offer to train the bot based on some provided inputs, in our case they trained the bot based on our very intensive blog. That being said, training of the bot is not (yet) perfect, so it's sometimes little bit hard to get the bot answering what you want him to answer.

we had reported that two messages were part replied to in Spanish. you got back to us to say it has been fixed but we'll keep an ye on it

Juphy’s AI Agent efficiently manages the majority of our inquiries related to kitchen appliances and tableware, helping our website visitors find what they need more quickly. Initially, we expected training the AI to be a time-consuming process due to our extensive product catalog, but it turned out to be surprisingly quick and easy. We particularly appreciate that it only escalates special cases to our customer support team via email, reducing our team's workload. Additionally, we customized the chatbot to communicate in Norwegian while still supporting responses in 98 languages.
