This is one of the best apps I have ever used in Shopify, but what makes it even more special is their technical team that assists with everything from customizations to any questions you may have. Thank you, Domantas, for the kind support.

Paulius helped me tremendously with implementing my subscription. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was set up correctly. The whole process was smooth because of him. Awesome support — highly recommend!

I initially had a frustrating experience after spending over 11 days trying to resolve an issue: the subscription widget not displaying on my featured product block on the home page. For a while, I kept being told the developers would be “pinged,” with little clarity or progress, which was disappointing. That said, I want to update this review because the issue was eventually fixed, and the way it was handled in the end really mattered. Pijus was the first person to clearly explain why the issue was taking so long, was transparent about what was happening behind the scenes, and genuinely took ownership of making it a priority to resolve. I really appreciate the care, honesty, and follow-through once he stepped in. That level of transparency and effort made a big difference.

Erikas seriously deserves a raise guys!, always helped me through everything, with all my questions, for every single product and also every hours of the day, always available, this team is truly amazing and always there to make you be fully productive and getting to your ecommerce goals, i would recommend Kaching to every one, truly a quality of life improvement! Dovydas was incredible and really helped me when i needed it the most. Shopify support was telling me certain changes are impossible to do and i need to just ''deal with it'', they closed the chats on me without giving me any help, but Dovydas on the other hand found a smart way to fix the problem i was having even though he had limitations from Shopify's backend. Incredibly guy and deffinitely deserves a raise. SHOUT OUT Dovydas saved me big time.
