We have recently made the switch from Skio to Kaching Subscriptions App given we already use a number of their other products and have been very impressed with them so far. Given the pricing and customisability it was a no brainer for us to migrate to this product too. Support is also fantastic compared to other providers with almost immediate responses 24/7, in particular Domantas is very helpful!

How do i even appreciate the help from Domantas, I think this is literally the best support i have had in my entire life on any platform and I'm not even joking. I had a big problem with subscriptions and he managed to help me after 2 hours talking via chat, he tried many different ways until he solved it. Excepcional work, definitely made the right move changing to this app, previously had a competitor and the support from Kaching and especially Domantas made me change.

First of all this App functionality is amazing. Flawless. No problems. Secondly, if there is anything, customer service of Kaching is top notch espically "Dovydas" and his colleague "Domantas". They even worked with me to solve some problems that were supplier related (when product is pushed to the store). Not Kaching problem at all. Still Kaching staff worked me for sometime to solve the issue. Awesome support!

Dovydas is the BEST!! He always goes above and beyond when he helps me and shows professionalism and attention to detail. He never leaves me with questions and is the first to do something for me when I do not understand. A large part of why we use the Kaching trio is because of the great customer service, and Dovydas is the best.
