Very first day of using this I received support from the company. I almost didn’t use it because I couldn’t get the colours to match what I needed, but I reached out and Dominykas got back to me fixed that issue, and also changed a design element for me so customers wouldn’t get confused with the other plugin I had. Easy to setup my first bundle and was pleasantly surprised to get it customised exactly what I needed by the developer. Thanks Dominykas

Kaching Subscriptions has been a great addition to my store. Setting up subscription options was straightforward, and the app runs smoothly without slowing anything down. This app is a huge solution for our store because have the most sense to work with subscriptions. And we got some problems about misconfiguration of one of our products, we sent a request to support, and in less than an our, we got a reply from Dominykas with the correct information about the error, and the quick solution. Also they can fix it directly. Also they are working in good new features to solve our lifes! Thank you.

This app is great - looks clean on the website. The support is absolutely incredible. Dovydas (the customer service rep) was very knowledgable and helped customize my bundle to my store's theme. Highly recommend.

Wow, I downloaded the kaching subscription app because I wanted to increase LTV and retention for my brand. I used their bundle app before and that app works great as well, so I thought I’d give this a try. Kaching’s support is truly #1 on Shopify, super fast and they literally solved all my layout issues in seconds. Simona has been a great help. Thank you again!

Changed from Appstle to this one and it's day and night ! Really reactive support. Domantas helped me with my discount problem and helped me understand more in-depth the app and how it works.
