coming from another subscription app, the team helped immensely with importing and sorting out all existing subscriptions. I had many issues (my own fault) that Ieva, Juozas, Dovydas and Domantas all helped me with and couldn't have asked for a better service!

Domantas from Kaching literally saved my live store when I was in total panic mode, I needed Buy 2 Get 1 Free backend discounts to work seamlessly with my custom Recharge subscription widget without showing their bundle UI at all. He stayed super patient through my nonstop frantic messages, confirmed Recharge compatibility instantly, guided me on enabling subscription sync, iterated fast when it didn’t stick at first, and kept troubleshooting until everything applied flawlessly in the cart with zero visual glitches. He didn’t just provide support – he went way above and beyond like my personal emergency tech hero, turning a potential disaster into a smooth, converting bundle setup in record time. Kaching is great, but Domantas is the real MVP – thank you a million times!

Dovydas was the most helpful of all the support agents across the Kaching apps. He has helped me for around 2 hours straight solve my subscription and app issues, as well as transfer the current contracts under my current Kaching subscriptions. I highly recommend him and he is literally the best agent ever.

Im new to all of this stuff so i be having a little to much questions but i believe Domantas whom works through the kaching bundles that has been such a big help sometimes people wont be as active but hes just been right there every step of the way !! truly greatfull for a thoughtful app like this

I had a really great experience getting help with the Katching Subscriptions app. Sebastijan took the time to properly look into every question and request I had, and made sure everything worked exactly as needed. He was quick to respond, very friendly throughout the whole process, and clearly knew the system inside out. It felt professional but also genuinely helpful — not just standard support answers. très bonne application à coupler avec les autres applications kaching comme le panier. Comme toutes les applications tiers, la mise en place est parfois délicate quand on fait bcp de personnalisation mais l'équipe support est au top. Elle n'hésite pas à prendre la main et à nous aider directement pour mettre en place ce qu'on veut. Merci à Juozas qui a pris du temps à m'aider.

Domantas was very helpful in assisting my request. I've used Kaching Bundles for a couple of years now and they have yet to let me down. This is the first time I'm using Kaching's subscription app and it has been very helpful and easy to use so far, and I'm impressed by how well integrated it is with Bundles.

Was looking at a bunch of different apps and came across this one. Super easy to setup, had one little issue with my theme at 1am and their chat support was still online with no wait. Domantas hopped on with me and got the problem all fixed and squared away.
