I’ve had an amazing experience working with this loyalty program. Their customer service is truly exceptional, they’re always available, quick to reply and consistently follow up to make sure everything is running smoothly. They’ve been incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process. Definitely a five-star team!

Best loyalty program ! over 15k products, and it works automatically without any interruptions. If there's an issue, maybe 3-4 in 9 years, they are corrected in such a timely manner that it impresses.

Something happened that disabled Shopify purchases from rewarding points to my customers. They were able to fix it, but couldn't tell me: A) When it happened. B) How many customers and transaction were affected. C) The timeframe this occured in. D) Why it even happened to begin with, or if it could happen again. Their communication is vague, unhelpful, and did nothing to aid me or my customers in repairing the damage.
