Great! We have used a few draft order apps before, but this has so far been the most robust and detailed and easy to use. Plus they have support on tap. Hopefully we can continue to work together!

Herbert is a G for fixing my issues with him. Give that man a raise. I told him about my issue and he gave me a few things to try. When that didn't work he got with his team and they released a patch for the software which fixed my issue. Great customer support.

I highly recommend this app. I was looking for something that would automate the payment reminder process for customers, and this is great for that. Not only are the reminders in correspondence with original due dates, but you can also set how many days out from each you'd like the email to be sent. They also offered two additional days for the free plan which was awesome!

I've used this app only for a few days, but I can tell you it's paid for itself 30x already. This makes it easy to auto send past due reminders to encourage buyers to pay their invoice. The staff is great and fast at responding to questions, and helping set up the DNS settings. Like I said, this app is a no brainer if your business issues invoices.

This app is super useful especially if you send out draft order invoices. We were able to set up 3 custom reminders to go out to increase the chances of a customer actually completing their draft order if they don't do it right away (which often happens) thanks for this app and its features!!
