I've recently started using King Product Options & Variant and I have to say, I'm thoroughly impressed. The app itself is highly functional and intuitive, making it a breeze to add custom options to my product pages. What stands out even more is their customer service. I encountered an issue with the display settings of my options, and after reaching out to their support team, the issue was resolved in no time. Their response was quick and the guidance provided was spot-on, helping me implement the custom option just the way I wanted. I appreciate not only the functionality of the app but also the excellent customer service. This app works great for all my customizable products. This is a great app with amazing customer service. I had an issue adding the code, and they jumped in immediately to help.

I was struggling for days with needing a few simple options for my new online bakery shop. This app is a fabulous free option for my needs. The best part was the amazing, super quick support via email. I couldn't believe how fast they helped me out. I highly recommend this app!

J'utilise cette appli pour afficher les variantes sous forme de boutons dans un thème 1.0 et ça marche très bien ! en plus il y a beaucoup de personnalisations disponibles. top ! Merci ;)

Use this on 2 stores, always have some problems with it. Randomly an option stop working, and my customers are unable to purchase. Only the last week spent £500 on advertising, and my customers were unable to purchase, because an option did not work. Took us 1 week to realise why we don't have a single sale. You guys need to take business more siriously, because it happened to 2 of my stores already. We Business owners can not afford to loose a single penny because of an app. Choose a more expensive but better app guys.

Amazing app, very personalized and customizable to very fine detail which is exactly what my store needed. When I encounter problems, the team members will contact me quickly, and patiently guide and solve my problems.

We are using a Pro theme which the other app "Globo" didn't support and didn't want to help us with, but this King app works perfectly AND their service is great. They even built in a custom feature that we asked to be able to force all-caps typing in the fields within a few hours of asking. Thank you King!

I have to set up some bundles to sell, and these app was perfect for that because it is unlimited options. Also i did have a problem when customer choose a product it goes directly to cart. So i wright a mail for the support and now it is fixed! Absolut great!

It really is a good app, but I knocked off a star for two reasons: First, the dearth of documentation. The FAQ link goes to a table of contents, but all of the links (to faq.ymq.cool) appear to be dead, and have been since I installed the app. Second, there is no visual indication of when a variant is sold out. Yes, you still see Shopify's "Sold Out," but the swatch looks like all the others. There are settings that let you load an image (via URL) and change the border for disabled variants, but they don't function. While this may sound like a minor issue, I know I find it frustrating to have to click a button before I can see if something is in stock—I want to know at a glance—and I'm concerned that my customers will feel the same way. This message is both a review, and, since none of this is documented, a warning to those who may be trying to get the function to work that it's not you: It's a problem with the app. That said, I know from reading other reviews and responses that this is a two-man operation and that they're creating and supporting numerous apps. This Product Options app adds a GREAT DEAL of functionality that Shopify does not natively, and it's clear that they have tweaked and added additional features based on customer input. I don't like to slam the creators who allow us to do things that Shopify does not—particularly for free!—and that is not my intention here, but I wasted a lot of time trying to figure out what I was doing wrong when, in fact, I wasn't. Hopefully this will save someone else that time.
