King Product Options, Variants

I needed to make simple color swatches for one product that has many variants. I wanted the variants to have only color and circle - I didn't know how to deal with that, so I contacted support and they gave me advice in about five minutes and it was resolved. Very confusing and hard to work with.

Use this on 2 stores, always have some problems with it. Randomly an option stop working, and my customers are unable to purchase. Only the last week spent £500 on advertising, and my customers were unable to purchase, because an option did not work. Took us 1 week to realise why we don't have a single sale. You guys need to take business more siriously, because it happened to 2 of my stores already. We Business owners can not afford to loose a single penny because of an app. Choose a more expensive but better app guys.

We are using a Pro theme which the other app "Globo" didn't support and didn't want to help us with, but this King app works perfectly AND their service is great. They even built in a custom feature that we asked to be able to force all-caps typing in the fields within a few hours of asking. Thank you King!

I have to set up some bundles to sell, and these app was perfect for that because it is unlimited options. Also i did have a problem when customer choose a product it goes directly to cart. So i wright a mail for the support and now it is fixed! Absolut great!
