We have been using Kite Discount and Free Gift on our Shopify store and it has been a great addition to our conversion strategy. Excellent Support from Shri Shri was incredibly helpful in assisting us with Kite Discount App support. He resolved an issue with the placement of both the free gift widget and the progress goal widget, and was extremely thorough in ensuring everything functioned correctly across all themes and product detail pages. Our site has complex custom coding and over 23 SKUs, and Shri took the time to test and validate each scenario to make sure the widgets displayed and behaved properly everywhere. His attention to detail, patience, and clear communication made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Truly appreciate his dedication and expertise — outstanding support!
