Service is really quick, and they cover a large part of the day, from India. However, I find the app is limited for my specific needs and I would have liked to be able to exclude products and collections from discounts, and I seem to be able to do it only for the shipping discount. Probably I could do it with the extended Custom tier but once this is added, it becomes a fairly expensive app for such a small business as ours. I don't know if I will keep it yet. It's proven very effective for our Black Friday sale and for the first time, we have not experienced angry people unable to redeem the discount. Yet. It's a good app, maybe not the perfect one for us.

App has great functionality for setting up multiple free gift promos at a time. There are some areas for improvement for more fine-tuned functionality - cart page & drawer refinement. The chat function is great and all the customer service representatives are supportive.

I just started using Kite, and it’s been wonderful for add-ons and freebies in our promo campaigns. Hope to continue it for longer. Whenever I’ve had an issue, their customer support, especially Janet has been quick and helpful in resolving it.

App works great, multiple discounts are possible, integration is easy. Great support team. We could create : - Automatic free gift after X amount spent - Automatic discount for products in X collection after adding X products from that collection - Automatic free gift for specific variants added And all of this while applying the discounts according to the customer tag. I'm removing one star because sometimes the discounts don't work right away and I have to get in contact with the team, it would be easier for me to be more autonomous on the app and not having the team double check.

The support team is quite active. I needed some assistance with the settings on two of my stores, and Janet helped me resolve them. Even though it took some time, she kept following up with me in regular intervals. Cheers to the kite support team. On the other hand, I would encourage the developper to make the app more user-friendly. He/She should consider giving more customisation options to the app users. The UI of the app can be further improved. It is not quite intuitive. The pricing plan is quite competitive, so that's a plus. With a better UI, I believe this app can do much better.

很不错,能解决很多的问题。如果能更加智能就好了。 买A产品,免费得到B产品,并且A产品同时减100美金这个功能还是比较欠缺,特别是B产品可以让客户自己选择颜色的。

The app offers what we were looking for: a progress bar and auto-added free gift function with a clean design. You can customize settings to fit your specific promotion type, and match the look to your site. The app is easy to navigate. I did run into a minor issue while running my first promotion, but I really appreciated the live assistance— Janet was very prompt and attentive to try to resolve it right away.

It was easy to set up and get the free discount running. However, there were location-based needs that they weren't able to handle (pickup orders still adding the gift even if it's not in stock at that location and the inability to limit the free gift to shipping orders only). But, their support was fast and helpful to determine the problem and limitation.

The app is easy to use and is very customer friendly! The customer service is fast and helps with any problem directly. Our only wish is that we can use a promotion twice at the same time, with different customer tags, but this is something they are working on. I can only recommend this app!
