Good app overall, works well functionally with a few areas that could use improvement. Support was great — ran into some issues, but Palak stuck with it and got everything resolved. Thanks Palak! Would recommend :)
Sehr zufrieden mit der App. Der Support ist top und die Funktionen sind umfangreich. Ein Stern Abzug, da sich im Nutzungszeitraum (jetzt ca. 1 Monat) die Aktionen zweimal bereits verabschiedet haben und nicht richtig funktioniert haben. Alles im Allen aber sehr zufrieden

Awesome! Great support and easy installation
Works well and easy to use. The one thing for now that I'd appreciate added is for the "free gift" option: When there's a total threshold for the gift to be added and the customer removes items, the item should be automatically removed from the cart. As it is now, the items remains in the cart and goes up to full price.
We just started using the app for free gift promos. There is some room for improvement, but so far so good! The customer service (chat) is great and really fast. They were able to help me out with most of my issues and adjustments.
Service is really quick, and they cover a large part of the day, from India. However, I find the app is limited for my specific needs and I would have liked to be able to exclude products and collections from discounts, and I seem to be able to do it only for the shipping discount. Probably I could do it with the extended Custom tier but once this is added, it becomes a fairly expensive app for such a small business as ours. I don't know if I will keep it yet. It's proven very effective for our Black Friday sale and for the first time, we have not experienced angry people unable to redeem the discount. Yet. It's a good app, maybe not the perfect one for us.
App has great functionality for setting up multiple free gift promos at a time. There are some areas for improvement for more fine-tuned functionality - cart page & drawer refinement. The chat function is great and all the customer service representatives are supportive.
I just started using Kite, and it’s been wonderful for add-ons and freebies in our promo campaigns. Hope to continue it for longer. Whenever I’ve had an issue, their customer support, especially Janet has been quick and helpful in resolving it.
