This app works really well for our store! And when I briefly faced a problem while setting it up the Customer Support was super responsive and asked all the right questions to resolve that issue.

We are still trialing this app, but so far the Kite team have been incredibly helpful and responsive. From finalizing the details of the best plan for our account with the founder, Sid, to getting hands-on support from their support team, like Janet, I've been able to get our complex discount rule setup. Janet has been especially helpful providing video explanation, and answering all of my questions through chat. Thank you Skalama team!

This Shopify app is highly recommended! I have been using Kite for over a year and i am really happy with kite. Kite is very easy to use and their customer support is amazing. I had an issue with the placement of the widget and they answered their chat within seconds and got the fix. All fixed and it took under 5 minutes. I would highly recommend using Kite for all you're discount and Bogo deals!
