The Kite support team has been professional, responsive, and patient throughout. They have been quick to address our questions and were always willing to arrange Google Meet sessions to troubleshoot issues or walk us through the setup. Their hands-on support has been invaluable and made the implementation process much smoother. While the app itself still has some hiccups, and certain functions can be limiting depending on the use case, the support team has consistently done their best to understand our requirements and provide solutions or workarounds whenever possible.
