Since I couldn't join the call, they recorded a step-by-step video tutorial specifically for my case and later answered all my follow-up questions. Wonderful App!! Meets the expectations.

Just started using Kite, but so far it's been great! Love the look, the progress bars, and that I can customize where I want each sale to appear on the site.

Installed the app, all working well, had a small issue where the check out button was displaced in our cart drawer, Tanu helped us to fix the issue very quickly, much appreciated.

App works as it should so far and quick response from contacting them with a question.

Just got the app installed and it is very easy to use and customize. I did have a few questions about how it refreshes and adding specific blocks to our theme and customer service helped and was readily available....minimal wait time. Palak did a great job helping adjust the Canopy theme and provided me, as the store owner/operator/web designer, with more resources if I had more questions. 5 stars so far!!!
