I love this app! It's super simple to use and you can easily customise the widgets. Even better - today we ran into a settings issue with a promotion that had already gone live. I jumped online with customer support and they got straight back to me. They guided me through the set up so it was working. Kite has been a huge help for migrating away from Script Editor. Their support team is very knowledgeable on the key app features, and we're yet to come up with a promotion that the tool could not support. While I have experienced issues around bulk discount codes, the support team supported by escalating the issue, providing clarity on next steps, and explaining what the root cause was.
