It was easy to set up and get the free discount running. However, there were location-based needs that they weren't able to handle (pickup orders still adding the gift even if it's not in stock at that location and the inability to limit the free gift to shipping orders only). But, their support was fast and helpful to determine the problem and limitation.

We’ve been using Kite: Discount & Free Gift for our store, and it has been a game-changer. Setting up offers like “Buy 2, Get 1 Free” or tiered discounts is super easy, and everything integrates seamlessly with our checkout. The app is very intuitive, and it has definitely helped increase our average order value. What impressed us the most is the customer support team – they are quick, friendly, and always ready to help whenever we had a query. It’s rare to find such reliable support. Highly recommend this app to any Shopify store owner who wants to run promotions smoothly and boost sales. One of the best apps we’ve added to our store!

This app has helped to speed up the setup of flexible offers. Customer Support is also great. Very responsive and knowledgeable.

After several issues with this app integrating with my store in shopify, the customer service team at Kite worked wonderfully at solving the issues. They set up a time to meet with me to walk through the issues until we figured it out. I'm still testing the app with my site, but I'm hopeful it continues to work the way it has been designed.
