I am using Kite for several days now. It 's quite easy to set up, you have models to get inspired and price is really low for this type of app. For now, it does a really good job for us. Service Support is really helpfull. They stay in touch, they try different options for you, and they are are quite patient. I 'll keep using it for now.

Die App funktioniert, soweit ich das nach so kurzer Zeit beurteilen kann, sehr gut, auch mit den kombinierten Rabatten. Der Support ist klasse, man war sehr bemüht alle Fragen schnellstens zu klären. Kann bis jetzt nur gutes berichten.

Great app with various functionalities to allow you to create promotions which fit your business needs. Fully customisable and easy to configure. Customer service is 10/10, Aditi was so helpful and resolved the issue I was having carefully and efficiently. Definitely recommend!

Amazing app, Lots of options and possibilities available. You can fully customize the look to fit your brand. They are also very fast when you run in to any problems. For example i encounterd a minor error on christmas eve and Adi helpt me figureing this out through chat and even screen sharing. She was officialy off duty and was still willing to help me should there be a mayor problems poping up during the holidays.

I have tried a few other discount and free gift apps and this one is the most well-designed/user-friendly. Plus, having free shipping rules based on shipping type was a must-have for us and I was happy to see they included that option. Previously, we had to use a separate stand-alone app to make that work. In regards to support, when I encountered a compatibility issue with another app we use, Adi was incredibly helpful and responsive. While it was determined it wasn't something on Skai Lama's end, I still appreciate how much they looked into it to try to find a solution.
