I have tried a few other discount and free gift apps and this one is the most well-designed/user-friendly. Plus, having free shipping rules based on shipping type was a must-have for us and I was happy to see they included that option. Previously, we had to use a separate stand-alone app to make that work. In regards to support, when I encountered a compatibility issue with another app we use, Adi was incredibly helpful and responsive. While it was determined it wasn't something on Skai Lama's end, I still appreciate how much they looked into it to try to find a solution.

Adi and the rest of the team have always been very responsive and quick to make adjustments to accommodate our theme's unique requirements. A+ customer service and a great functioning app. Does what it says it will do, which is more than 90% of the apps on this platform can claim.

This has been able to make up for many of the things that Shopify can't do for us. And the customer service is TOP NOTCH. They are very helpful and it makes a BIG difference.

Very easy to set up, and the default widget display looks so good already I only needed minor adjustments to make it look great on our site. I had a display issue initially, where the widget showed twice on my product page (this had something to do with the code for the Buy Now button) but the support team was able to fix it in no time. Thanks for saving our Cyber Monday!
