Has the functionality I needed, especially ability to exclude customer tags. Amazing customer service. They helped me get my automatic discount up and running almost immediately!

Kite has made running discount offers and free gift campaigns so much easier for us. The app is easy to set up, and everything feels really smooth on the customer side — no glitches or confusing steps. We’ve used it for BOGO deals, tiered discounts, and free gift offers, and all of them have helped improve conversions and increase cart value. It’s also great that we don’t need to rely on custom code or complicated setups to run promos. Overall, Kite has been a solid tool for driving sales in a clean and user-friendly way.

I’ve had a positive experience with the app. The discount features, like "Buy X Get Y," are user-friendly and effective. The support team is responsive and helpful in resolving any issues. Overall, a great tool for managing promotions!
