Team helped trouble shoot some initial issues seen after installing app but resolved them quickly. So far, app works great.

Initially I found it a bit complicated to use; but then had a productive demo session with Diksha; who effortlessly explained every bit. Loved the interface and usability thereafter. Had a bit of mis-configuration by myself; so dropped Skai guys a message and they not only fixed it but enhanced it with their sheer experience. I totally recommend this app. I'd go for 10 stars had it be!

App adds a free product to cart better than any other out there and customer support is always helpful whenever problems arise.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience using Kite: Free Gift & Discount! Not only is the app incredibly user-friendly, offering a wide range of deals and freebies that are genuinely valuable, but the customer support team is also exceptional. I had a minor issue with one of my orders, and the support team responded promptly with genuine kindness and care. They went above and beyond to ensure my problem was resolved quickly and even followed up to make sure everything was satisfactory. It's rare to find such a combination of great features and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

The Kite app is excellent! It has helped us replace discounts we were previously running through Script Editor. The app is easy to use, laid out clearly, and offers several customization options. The Skai Lama team is a top tier support team! They are extremely helpful, responsive, and efficient. We are grateful for their patience and assistance with additional customizations--not every app is willing to do that!

I'm loving this app so far, it looks great and there were plenty of setting options. I've only just installed it but so time will tell on how it generates extra sales and profit. It was super easy to install and set up. My widget needed a little extra fixing on my website, the staff were super quick and got this fixed for me.
