We've been using the Kite: Free Gift app across multiple Shopify stores and it's been a game-changer for running smooth and successful promotions. What really stands out, though, is the incredible service—especially from Janet! She's been consistently responsive, attending to our requests almost immediately and ensuring any issues or customisations are resolved quickly and efficiently. Her support makes using this app a breeze. Highly recommend both the app and the team behind it!

i love all of skai lama's apps. this is the 4th one that i use. can't beat their support team. also they have thought of EVERYTHING in each of their apps. every customization i request, is already available i just need their help finding it sometimes :) and anything i have wanted that i can't fix myself, they fix it for me. they are really next level developers and their apps are top tier.

So impressed with this simple-to-use app, and the amazing support team – they have always gone the extra mile to troubleshoot problems, keep me in the loop on updates, and work out problems (which, frankly, are very rare – it's a great core product). An excellent software that can handle various combinations of discount settings. When I encountered difficulties, the developers were very patient and stayed in touch with me until my problem was resolved. I am grateful for this software and the developers, and I highly recommend it to everyone.
