I’m new to Klaviyo, so I can’t say much about the system yet. What I can say is that I just had a 10/10 experience with their live chat support, thanks to Monika J. I had issues with our Shopify sync and email list, and Monika was incredibly patient and thorough. She not only resolved my issues but also provided additional recommendations, articles, and links to help me improve the integration between Shopify and Klaviyo. This level of customer service makes me confident in staying as a Klaviyo customer. Thank you, Monika J.—she deserves a pay rise, Klaviyo!
