Enjoying my email platform experience with Klaviyo. The customer service is amazing, they respond very quickly and very helpful.
The platform functionality might be powerful, but the user experience is incredibly frustrating. When encountering technical issues with dynamic variables in templates, there is absolutely no way to get basic support unless you upgrade to a paid plan. Worse, when trying to log into the Klaviyo Community to post a question, the website gets stuck in an infinite login redirect loop due to cross-domain cookie issues. As an e-commerce merchant, spending hours fighting broken authentication logic and paywalled support instead of resolving a simple issue is completely unacceptable. Highly disappointed with the customer experience.

I uninstalled it. A large number of bots from Miami are signing up and creating fake email addresses, and there’s no solution. I even suspect they’re doing this themselves to pressure you into upgrading your plan.
