Good customer service. I would recommend setting up a dedicated branded tracking link for link clicks as soon as possible or your default tracking links may get blocked by Chrome and Safari. This happened to my company. Klaviyo was helpful in getting this fixed. https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001550572

Easy and with a lot of tutorials so you can figure out how most things work. Set up is easy with loads of templates or you can create your own.

There is zero customer support from this app on the free plan, not even email. I know many aps will limit support on free plans (e.g. you don't get live support), which is fair enough. However, you can't even reach anyone by email if you have a problem without upgrading to a paid plan. We are a new and growing business so where we can we are using lower cost or free plans to begin with, but will of course upgrade as appropriate as we grow. But if this is how Klaviyo approach customer support, why would I upgrade to a paid plan. To be fair, for what I am currently using for at least, the app works well and is fairly user friendly once you get used to it.

Easy to ingtegrate and use. We use Klaviyo to send all our emails - flows, marketing and more. The product feed and linking is quite easy.

I highly recommend the Klaviyo app in Shopify for email marketing. It is easy to use, has great training and integrates beautifully with Shopify.

Klaviyo is an easy-to-use platform that is robust enough to grow with a business, and straightforward enough to get junior staff trained & ready to utilize advanced features/functionality in a hurry. The amount of content provided in the Klaviyo knowledge center is excellent, and I especially appreciate the amount of content marketing the team does by way of publishing best-practices, benchmark, and other such guides.

They're just the best. We use them for both Email & SMS. Everything just works but if for some reason you're trying to solve for an edge case, support is always there when you need them. Have been a customer for 4 years for our brand and never considered switching. Have recommended about a dozen other founders to Klaviyo. They're the best!

I don't know how, users find this application great! -Email? In short, complicating less competitive than email Shopify because there are short features is less good. You really have to try to put parameters for logo and products etc. that are not already connected to our shop. -pop-up? only one that could be interesting on this application. -SMS? Drop too much Australian confidential policy that blocks everything because if you are in Europe or France not title company in this country Australia impossible to use sms. In addition, limited free version 54 days after upgrading to X price! Nice design ok may can feature to work from in without having any know problem.
