Luan from Customer Service answered my query and then took total accountability for seeing it through to completion, which included talking to other departments and searching for information that other people in his organisation had... he took complete ownership of my issue. Fantastic customer service and very reassuring in a digital age when we have next to no idea who we're dealing with and find it impossible to connect with someone who can aeffectively pick up on where their colleague left off.
