Klaviyo is extremely expensive, yet their support feels arrogant and useless. Instead of solving real issues, the support team seems focused on closing tickets with vague answers and tricks to push you away. Meanwhile, the platform creates massive problems. In our case, customers abusing discount codes and causing endless order headaches. For nearly €500 a month, this is unacceptable. Shopify Email is not only €500 cheaper per month, it also works much better.
