BINS AND BOXES review for Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

So many restrictions on the new klaviyo customer hub. I can integrate gorgias, but not their live chat. Now klaviyo expects me to pay for the helpdesk feature AND also gorgias? Why? Also no mobile app for the helpdesk.
