Innovato Design review for Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

Absolute scammers! BE CAREFUL with this guys! I setup in my Klaviyo settings not to be charged if i exceed my limit of $45 plan. I was assured by their support that i will not and then after just 30 days they were about to charge me more than $600 Thankfully i found out before the charge and canceled the service! Do not trust their settings. They purposly play with words to trick you thinking the "stop" in their settings is for the "profile and email" plan, but its only for the emails and if you exceed that limit you will be charged, in my case a LOT! Scammers, do not trust their support too! btw, they also show you misleading conversions - claiming the conversion is made from Klaviyo when it's clearly from other source and Klaviyo email was not even opened by the customer!
