Thrift Goblin review for Klaviyo: Email Marketing & SMS

One star. The software is fine. The company is the problem. I run a resale shop. Part of my inventory is published adult art books and Japanese gravure cards. Legal, sold openly on every major marketplace. I sent one campaign that featured an item in that category, not knowing it conflicted with their acceptable use policy. There was no warning. No takedown request. No do that again and we terminate. Compliance reviewed the account and ended it. The notice said that after a thorough review they would not be able to continue serving me. I was never asked to fix anything, because fixing it was never on the table. That is the part worth knowing before you build here. Most platforms flag you first. Klaviyo does not. One violation, even an honest one, and you are packing up. You get 30 days to leave and no refund on time you already paid for. I lost my flows, my templates, and my account access, and rebuilt my email setup elsewhere with no notice. If any part of your catalog sits near a line you have not read carefully, assume you get exactly one mistake.
